The majority of condos available in the the twin towers where all AcaCondos are located are studio suites but there are some double-sized suites (two studios put together into one) and the penthouse suites are 2 level, 2 bedroom configurations.
All studio suites have a balcony with full ocean view and are approximately 600 square feet (54 sq meters) and have nearly identical layouts. The building is designed in such a fashion that all suites are facing the ocean and have expansive unobstructed sea views as the building is located on a private beach in the heart of Acapulco's gold zone.
The penthouse suites are located on the top floor (30th floor). Penthouse suites are two or three level and are approximately 1,200 square feet (108 sq meters).
